Cleanliness was a facility strength, according to the five former clients, family, and friends polled at the time of this writing.</p> <blockquote> <p>The facility is clean and well maintained: 4/5 stars</p> </blockquote> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p><strong>More than 20 alumni</strong> were surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing, the majority of whom <strong>offered Cornerstone’s adult residential program positive feedback</strong>. Satisfied former clients praised the compassionate staff and comprehensive curriculum, and four former clients even credited the facility with saving their lives. “Very effective program,” wrote alum Jon in a review representative of positive feedback. “They worked all areas of addiction : physical, mental, and spiritual. Cornerstone educated me and gave me the skills and tools to live in sobriety.”</p> <p>Former clients did not agree on counseling options and holistic offerings, which both received anywhere from two to four stars out of five. Treatment effectiveness, the facility's adherence to the 12-steps, and the facility's ability to treat co-occurring disorders, on the other hand, all earned high ratings of four and five stars from various respondents. Alumni indicated that they participated in 10 - 20 group counseling sessions each week, and T.H. praised the 18-month continuing care offerings, writing, "after care was wonderful."</p> <p>The former clients who <strong>gave negative feedback</strong> complained about insurance issues, a lack of individual counseling, and poor holistic offerings.</p> <p>On Google at the time of this writing, a <strong>4.4-star rating</strong> from 19 reviewers revealed overall satisfaction with the facility.<small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small> Incorporation of the 12-steps was praised, and W.S. remarked, "The strong emphasis on group therapy was an extremely beneficial recovery model for me while in treatment," in a representative review.
