If successful, clients may be offered the chance to attend an additional 10- to 12-month long staff training program.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>According to the facility's website, most of the staff are unpaid volunteers or missionaries who have already completed the discipleship training program. The program's Executive Director is a reverend. </p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>Clients are expected to share in cleaning and cooking responsibilities for the program.
