The two negative reviewers both indicated that they would not recommend the program to others, and asserted that the programming was not helpful. "It's nothing more than an AA meeting and it's expensive. I got sober on my own," one of the two reviewers wrote.

The mixed reviewer gave Recovery Place high ratings of four out of five stars for its family participation, its administrative and discharge procedures, and its staff's level of training and experience, but noted that "there was not enough one on one time." When asked, on a scale from one to five, if they would recommend the facility, the alum gave a rating of four.

Recovery Place received mixed reviews on secondary sites, earning just 1.6 out of five stars based on 10 Google reviews[1] but a 4.5 out of five-star rating based on the opinions of 14 individuals on Facebook[2], which the facility may manage. Unhappy clients described the facility as disorganized and the programming as unhelpful and inconsistent. "Facility is run down, no air conditioning, and you rarely receive the counseling your supposed to," Nicholas wrote in a review representative of positive feedback.

Satisfied former clients, on the other hand, praised Recovery Place for it's effective programs and compassion staff. "Great place," Larry wrote in a Facebook review representative of positive feedback. "Has always taken me in and loved me and helped me get my life back pin track."

WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY

To date, the two loved ones surveyed by Rehabs.com provided opposing reviews of Recovery Place. The first, an anonymous male between the ages of 40 and 59, gave the facility gave five out of five stars for its counseling options, its treatment of co-occurring disorders, and its staff's level of training and experience. "They were supportive and worked with family to continue support even after check out," he noted.

However Johnny, whose son attended the facility, reported high costs and poor billing practices. "Apparently the negotiated rate in which the recovery place has with the insurance companies is not enough so they go after the families," he noted.

FINANCING

Recovery Place indicates that it accepts most private insurance plans. It also takes Medicaid, which is accepted by a little less than half (49.7 percent) or treatment facilities in Washington.

[1] GoogleReviews

[2] https://www.facebook.com/pg/Recovery-Place-586378478048606/reviews/?ref=page_internal
