Clients work with spiritual leaders to change their outlook on life and develop spiritual resilience needed to maintain sobriety. </p> <p>Designed for <strong>individuals on parole/probation with drug-related offenses</strong>, the <strong>court-ordered substance abuse program</strong> aims to address recidivism by treating the whole person. Alum M.B. felt that the program was effective, writing that it “helps you get healthy spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally.” She added, “they saved my life. They only thing they required of me was the willingness to change.”</p> <p>However, one alum, G.C.F. did not rate the quality and diversity of the facility’s counseling highly, giving one star for counselor availability, flexibility to switch counselors, the inclusion of holistic approaches, and the inclusion of alternative approaches.</p> <p>On the facility’s Facebook page, which it has the ability to manage, the facility has an overall rating of <strong>4.6 out of five stars based on 44 reviews</strong>.<small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small> It should be noted that some reviews are of the thrift store and not the treatment services offered by the Salvation Army. Alumni praised the staff and the organization’s mission.
