The program includes one-on-one and family therapy, as well as <strong>psychoeducational group therapy</strong> on topics such as grief and loss, self-esteem, substance abuse, body image, trauma, and more. Clients eat two supervised meals per day with a therapist or <strong>nutritionist</strong> to address eating and socialization issues.</p> <p>Clients also use the intensive outpatient program (IOP) as a transitional phase when progressing out of treatment. The program <strong>meets three evenings per week</strong> and uses group therapy methodologies. Clients learn new coping and sober living skills. The program includes one meal per day that is supervised by a therapist or nutritionist.</p> <p>Clients that are looking for specific services can enroll in only the services that they want. There is a range of options to choose from including counseling, nutrition consulting, and psychiatric consulting options. </p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>The treatment team at Renfrew Center of Dallas includes a Doctor of Psychology with 25 years of experience treating eating disorders and women's issues. There is also a licensed professional counselor, alongside nutrition specialists, case managers, and administrative support staff.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The two former clients surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave the Dallas Renfrew Center <strong>mostly positive reviews.</strong></p> <p>Both alumni <strong>praised the treatment team</strong> gave the facility five out of five stars for its staff's level of treatment and experience.
