<p><strong>ABOUT HOMEWARD BOUND</strong></p> <p>Operating since 1980 in Dallas, Homeward Bound is the largest nonprofit substance abuse and mental health treatment agency in Texas. The organization offers <strong>outpatient services and gender-specific residential programs</strong> for men and women struggling with chemical dependency and <a href="https://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring mental health disorders</a>.
