<p><strong>ABOUT DALLAS VA MEDICAL CENTER</strong></p> <p>Dallas Veterans Association (VA) Medical Center, located in Dallas, Texas, offers <strong>residential treatment to veterans</strong> struggling with substance abuse and/or mental illness. The mission of the VA is “to serve the Veteran who served us, and their five core values include integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect, and excellence. He gave five stars and wrote, “There always great to me. Tbi Dr's there are awesome. Mental health Dr's there are really good too.” Another client, R.B., did not agree with that viewpoint. He did give four stars but wrote, “Over all it was a pleasant experience… Mental health department needs a little less stuck up doctors tho so 4 stars the lack of communication between the connecticuit va and Dalas was horrible.”</p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF STAY</strong></p> <p>At the time of this writing, the one staff member polled by Rehabs.com, R.D.S., gave a mixed review of the facility. They gave four stars for the credentials and experience of the medical staff, addiction treatment staff, and mental health treatment staff. Although they offered three stars for the ability of leadership to inspire a sense of community among patient, though awarded five stars for protocols surrounding staff training and support.
