<p><strong>ABOUT CARE CONNECT HEALTH PARTNERS OF TENNESSEE</strong></p> <p>Formerly known as Renaissance Recovery Group, Care Connect Health Partners of Tennessee, located in Knoxville, is a <strong>counseling and recovery agency</strong> for men and women that specializes in outpatient care. The center offers a <strong>partial hospital program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) treatment</strong>, as well as in-home services for individuals struggling with substance abuse. </p> <p>It also provides the “Breaking the Barriers” treatment program for women. They typically stay in the PHP for <strong>20 to 30 days</strong>. Clients in the IOP attend at least three hours of treatment per day from three to four days per week. Clients typically receive treatment in the <strong>IOP for 30 to 40 days</strong>. </p> <p>The center also offers <strong>medically-assisted treatment (MAT)</strong>. This service, which uses <strong>Suboxone/Subutex</strong>, is needs-based according to established criteria and, as stated on the website: “Our goal is to meet each patient where they are and help taper them down to sober living.” </p> <p>The in-home services program works with clients directly in their living environments. Although the center does not provide details about this offering, its website notes that: “Helping them [clients] and their families navigate through issues of child custody, depression, anger as well as addiction are included with our in-home services.” </p> <p>The “Breaking the Barriers” recovery program accommodates 12 to 15 adult women for a period of <strong>12 months</strong>. The center provides housing, meals, treatment, and transportation; it also places participants in a <strong>work program</strong> to enable them to earn and save money during their stay. The center encourages women who have custody, Department of Child Services (DCS), probation, and jail issues to apply. </p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>Regarding staff in its outpatient services, the center's website states: “Our therapists have great relationships with drug courts, probation offices, sherif’s department and department of children’s services to ensure open communication.” </p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>Although Rehabs.com has yet to receive completed surveys from former clients of this facility, reviewers on secondary sites posted <strong>extremely favorable opinions</strong> to date: six perfect five-star ratings on Google, and 12 perfect five-star ratings on Facebook, which the organization can manage. <small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small> <small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-2"><sup>[2]</sup></a></small> A handful of the all five-star reviewers who left comments with their ratings thanked the facility and <strong>praised the program and staff</strong>.“A supportive group of quality staff members to assist in all aspects of recovery," Debbie wrote on Google, while Kristy added: “It’s a wonderful place that really helps ppl.”</p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF SAY</strong></p> <p>The one staff member polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing left very positive feedback, offering five-star ratings for the facility's affordability, holistic offerings, facility cleanliness and upkeep, family participation, likelihood to recommend, staff experience and training, and treatment for <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring disorders</a>. "Renaissance Recovery group is an awesome place where clients can feel accepted and will be treated with dignity while in recovery," the staff member wrote.</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>There currently is no information provided by the facility regarding its cost of treatment.
