An educational, three-week “concerned persons” program is also available to loved ones of clients.</p> <p>Once a client completes an inpatient program, clinicians provide discharge planning and referrals to community services. The center also offers a <strong>specialized case management services for pregnant women</strong> called Project Link. In some cases, clinicians may encourage residential clientele to utilize the facility’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) as “step-down” aftercare service.</p> <p>IOP is comprised of <strong>two to four evening sessions per week</strong>, for two to 12 weeks. To individualize treatment, the center provides gender-specific and co-ed program tracks. IOP includes counseling sessions and educational classes. Designed to provide ongoing support, the <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/extended-recovery-programs/" target="_blank">center’s aftercare services</a> include ongoing assessments and group counseling sessions on relapse prevention.</p> <p>Centerstone Addiction Recovery Center also adheres to Recovery Oriented Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals struggling with addiction to opioids. The one dissatisfied alum felt the facility was overall ineffective. “They don't help you at all; they just detox you and send you on your way.”</p> <p><strong>WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY</strong></p> <p>The seven loved ones surveyed by Rehabs.com to date also tended to approve of the facility. Seven individuals polled on the matter gave an average rating of 4.14 stars for the facility’s counseling options and an average rating of <strong>3.71 stars for the level of family participation in treatment</strong>. “It allows the families to join in on the treatment, one loved one wrote, adding: “They try as hard as they can to make the patients feel at home…”</p> <p>Offering a four-star rating for the facility’s discharge planning, another anonymous loved one wrote: “They have people who care about helping people beat their addiction,” however, supporting alumni opinions, the loved one added: “I would like for them to have more activities for their clients.” Collectively, the seven loved ones gave an average rating of 4.29 out of five stars for the likelihood they’d recommend the facility to others.</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>According to its website, Centerstone Addiction Recovery Center accepts most major insurance plans, as well as Medicaid. Local residents may be eligible for sliding scale fees, which are based on the client’s income.</p>
