Of the three individuals polled by Rehabs.com to date, two gave five out of five stars for the staff's level of training and experience. However, they rated holistic offerings the worst with one and two stars respectively. "I would recommend the live-in facility and counseling programs," a loved one wrote. "Clients are treated with respect, and are given individual counseling as well as group counseling."</p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF SAY</strong></p> <p>The one staffer surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing provided positive feedback. They gave five out of five stars when asked if they would recommend Transitions of Western Illinois. However, the staffer gave two stars for meals and nutrition and accommodations and amenities. "they did a very good job for a local organization," they wrote. </p> <p>On the facility’s Facebook page, staff member T.Q. gave five stars and wrote, “Very caring people. A complete joy to work at Transitions.”</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>Transitions receives funding from the Illinois Division of Mental Health, the Illinois Division of Developmental Disabilities, and other state agencies, as well as donations from individuals, businesses, and foundations. Accordingly, services are provided “on the basis of ability to pay."
