Two survey respondents rated its cleanliness with four stars while one respondent rated it three stars.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The sole alum polled by Rehabs.com at this time of writing indicated that they’d recommend BBMC but gave moderate ratings overall. The alum gave four stars for overall staff support, as well as three stars for the effectiveness of group counseling and three stars for the respect shown to patients. They wrote: “I would recommend the Center to anyone who has behavioral issues.”</p> <p><strong>WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY</strong></p> <p>Both loved ones polled by Rehabs.com reported dissatisfaction with BBMC’s lack of follow-up and staff support. One loved one gave two out of a possible five stars for the level of family involvement, staff support, and aftercare options. “Need follow-up. It was ok,” they wrote.</p> <p>Another loved one gave family involvement four out of five stars but echoed complaints with aftercare. The loved one cited problems with billing and gave two stars for staff support. “This place will only get you stabilized long enough to discharge and then wait to readmit for more money,” the family member wrote.</p> <p>On Facebook, two reviewers to date rated the facility one star and five out of five stars.<small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small> Loved one Traci in her one-star review complained of inefficient admissions and scarce time spent on therapy, writing: " If your adolescent really needs a intense program look elsewhere don't waste your money here. The adolescent only remains here three to five days."</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>According to the facility’s website, most insurance providers are accepted including Aetna, Humana, United, and Florida Blue. Baptist Health Center also <strong>accepts Medicare and Medicaid</strong>.
