Additionally, <a href="https://www.samhsa.gov/data/sites/default/files/report_3059/ShortReport-3059.pdf" target="_blank">99.7% of substance abuse treatment facilities in Arizona have continuing education requirements for staff</a>.</p> <p>The one alum surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave the facility <strong>five out of five stars for its staff’s level of training and experience</strong>.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The one former client polled by Rehabs.com to date gave CPR a highly positive review, awarding the facility mostly four and five out of five stars across 15 different metrics, including treatment effectiveness, family participation, cleanliness, administrative and discharge procedures, and treatment of co-occurring disorders. The only lower rating, three stars, was given for counseling options. This alum listed "Accepts insurance" as a facility strength, and additionally commented, "Friendly."</p> <p>On CPR’s Facebook page, which the facility can edit, the center received an average rating of <strong>4.4 out of five stars based on 17 reviews</strong> at the time of this writing.<small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small> While most reviewers were satisfied with their treatment, two former clients complained about scheduling problems and poor communication between counselors and clients.
