The Medical Center offers primary health care, dental care, and substance abuse services. In addition to the main campus in Richmond, outpatient clinics are located in Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and Emporia.</p> <p><strong>TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT</strong></p> <p>Treatments at the Mental Health Service are available for addictive behaviors, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, vocational problems, and more, according to the center’s website. The unit is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.</p> <p>The Richmond VAMC provides treatment for addiction, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, and other conditions through the Mental Health Service. The department is open weekdays. Treatment may include individual, group, and family counseling.</p> <p>Support for veterans vocational and legal issues is also provided at the Richmond center.
