<p><strong>ABOUT MOUNT ROGERS COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD — COMMUNITY COUNSELING CENTERS</strong></p> <p>Mount Rogers Community Services Board (CSB) is a Virginia-based organization that provides a broad range of community services for individuals with mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as substance use disorders. Both anonymous reviewers praised the staff as well as the effectiveness of treatment, in particular.
