Clients also work with staff from the larger White Deer Run network, including a doctor, case manager, nurse practitioner, nursing team, and counseling team. </p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>The facility has <strong>27 beds</strong> in a <strong>large suburban home setting</strong> on a tree-lined street in Lancaster. On Fridays, the facility runs a creative therapy group, encouraging clients to write poetry and paint, along with other creative activities</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The four alumni polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave <strong>mixed feedback</strong>. Respondents disagreed on most metrics, including treatment effectiveness, meals and nutrition, and the quality of staff. M.E.A., for example wrote that the "staff did not seem qualified... they seemed more about the money than helping people." In particular, the reviewer, S.L.B., expressed that counseling options were limited, that treatment co-occurring mental health problems was lacking, the facilities were unclean, and that the staff was not experienced or well-trained. S.L.B. wrote, "They take men on probation, low income and megans list Poor recovery ratio, all you do is go to ALNON an AA meetings. Bed bug issue. uncaring staff."</p> <p>S.L.B. did however give four or five stars to the facility's meals and nutrition, 12-step and faith-based programming, and affordability.</p> <p>A single loved one, Leslie, on Google gave a five-star review.
