<p><strong>ABOUT ONTRACK, INC. – MEDFORD</strong></p> <p>OnTrack, Inc. is an Oregon-based organization offering a <strong>wide variety of addiction treatment services</strong>, including residential and outpatient programs for adults and adolescents, treatment for gambling addiction, DUI education programs, family therapy programs, a healthy babies program, housing for low-income individuals or clients with HIV, and <strong>gender-specific residential programs for parents and their children</strong>. </p> <p>According to <a href="http://treatment-facilities.healthgrove.com/l/9160/Ontrack-Inc" target="_blank">HealthGrove</a>, the facility in Medford offers <strong>hospital-based residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment</strong>, and provides <strong>medication-assisted treatment</strong> with buprenorphine or Vivitrol.</p> <p><strong>TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT</strong></p> <p>According to the center’s website, OnTrack offers two highly specialized residential programs, both of which allow parents to bring their children with them to treatment. <strong>The HOME Program accommodates both parenting and pregnant women</strong>, and begins with comprehensive health management. There are also <strong>nicotine cessation groups, exercise programs</strong>, and preventative education courses for infectious diseases.</p> <p>Young female clients who have not completed their high school education may participate in a local education program. <strong>Weekly family groups are offered</strong> for spouses, partners, and other loved ones.</p> <p>Less information is available about OnTrack’s <strong>DADS Program</strong>, which <strong>caters to both custodial fathers and fathers seeking to regain custody of their children</strong>. The four reviewers questioned by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave the center 2.1 out of five stars for accommodations and amenities.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The three alumni polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave the Medford facility <strong>mostly negative feedback</strong>, particularly when it came to the staff. The reviewer described the staff as compassionate but noted that “public support &amp; funding are the weaknesses.”</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>According to OnTrack’s website, the organization is devoted to offering services to individuals regardless of their ability to pay.
