Usually those individuals will move into the <strong>intensive outpatient program</strong> (IOP), which lasts eight weeks and meets for three hours a day, three times a week. Both day treatment and IOP include individual counseling, group therapy, and case management services as needed.</p> <p>There is also a <strong>lower-intensity outpatient</strong> group that consists of eight sessions total -- two group counseling sessions, two one-on-one therapy sessions, and four addiction education sessions.</p> <p>An <strong>eight-week continuing care program</strong> is available to all successful graduates.
