Typically, appointments are required for assessment and initial treatment services; however <strong>some clinics offer walk-in hours</strong>. An adult Alcohol and Other Drug assessment takes approximately one to two hours. </p> <p>Making use of <a href="https://www.drugabuse.gov/publications/principles-drug-addiction-treatment-research-based-guide-third-edition/evidence-based-approaches-to-drug-addiction-treatment/behavioral-3" target="_blank">The Matrix Model</a> and Motivational Interviewing (MI), Harbor Behavioral Health facilitates <strong>group therapy sessions</strong> focused on relapse prevention techniques, trigger avoidance, and the development of <strong>support networks</strong>.
