<p><strong>ABOUT PREMIER BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES</strong></p> <p>Located on a quiet shopping street in the Cleveland, Ohio suburb of Mentor, Premier Behavioral Health Services (PBHS) offers <strong>outpatient treatment</strong> at a variety of intensities for <strong>adolescents and adults</strong> who are struggling with substance use disorder and/or mental health disorders. It's one of 118 substance abuse treatment facilities in Ohio (<a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/OH17.pdf" target="_blank">29 percent</a> of all facilities in the state) to offer specialized <a href="https://www.recovery.org/pro/articles/is-my-child-just-experimenting/" target="_blank">programming for teens</a>).</p> <p><strong>TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT</strong></p> <p>PBHS utilizes <strong>evidence-based techniques</strong> such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), along with <a href="https://www.recovery.org/pro/articles/sad-lets-talk-about-seasonal-affective-disorder-and-relapse/" target="_blank">relapse prevention</a> training and <a href="https://www.recovery.org/pro/articles/sad-lets-talk-about-seasonal-affective-disorder-and-relapse/" target="_blank">mindfulness</a> practices.
