I’ve been waiting 2 days for my worker to take me to get my medicine.” Another reviewer also complained about waiting for appointments.

WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY

A loved one polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing submitted favorable feedback about October Road. For the major categories of the survey, this individual offered high ratings: perfect five stars for treatment effectiveness and accommodations/amenities, and four out of five stars for meals and nutrition. This same pattern of five and four stars characterized the ratings this loved one gave to most of the other metrics, including exercise and leisure activities, treatment of co-occurring disorders, family participation, staff experience and training, holistic offerings, connectivity, and cleanliness. When asked, on a scale from one to five, if they would recommend the facility, the loved one responded with five stars. The reviewer’s sole complaint was about cost: “Helped my family member very well. Seemed a bit pricey.”

Within the group of reviewers on Google, two loved ones had highly positive feedback about October Road. C.R., a five-star reviewer, wrote: “We have been impressed with every employee we’ve met” and added “I am so thankful for this service.” Carolyn, the other five-star reviewer, praised the insight and communications skills of one staff member for the care she delivered to her son and noted: “I am grateful for her assistance.”

FINANCING

October Road accepts many commercial insurance plans, North Carolina Medicaid, and treats uninsured individuals too. The recovery residence program primarily serves uninsured men, however, third party insurance and North Carolina Medicaid may be accepted depending on bed availability.

[1] https://goo.gl/9I4TKa
