<p><strong>ABOUT DART</strong></p> <p>The Community Action Organization (CAO) of Erie County is the <strong>official antipoverty agency</strong> of Erie County, operating more than 50 locations in the west New York county, each of which aims to help families improve their quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency.
