<p><strong>ABOUT LAKE REGION MENTAL HEALTH CENTER</strong></p> <p>Founded in 1966, Lake Region Mental Health Center (formerly Genesis Behavioral Health) is one of New Hampshire’s <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/NH16.pdf" target="_blank">32 <strong>private, non-profit</strong> facilities</a>, and serves as the state-designated community mental health board for 24 municipalities in Belknap and southern Grafton County, N.H. </p> <p>The organization provides <strong>outpatient care, supportive housing, and physical health care programs</strong> for children, adults, and seniors seeking treatment for <strong>mental health disorders</strong>. Lake Region Mental Health Center also offers transportation services. Each client’s case manager can arrange transportation as needed to help clients get to work or to treatments regularly. </p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>The center's team includes psychiatrists, APRNs, and nurses.
