<p><strong>ABOUT HEARTLAND CENTER FOR BEHAVIORAL CHANGE</strong></p> <p>Founded in 1982, Heartland Center for Behavioral Change operates addiction treatment facilities around <a href="http://www.rehabs.com/listings/heartland-center-for-behavioral-change-kansas-city-community-center-kccc--3377584181/" target="_blank">Kansas City</a>, Springfield, and Southwest Missouri.
