Awarding only one or two stars for most evaluated areas, including treatment effectiveness, the staff’s level of training and experience, the counseling options available, and the exercise and leisure opportunities, the loved one described the facility as understaffed and having poor communication skills, accusing it of falsely misrepresenting its services and not providing any discharge planning or aftercare. “Overall, this organization provides sub-standard care in all respects,” Rolf told Rehabs.com.</p> <p><strong>Two Google reviewers were also frustrated with what their loved ones went through</strong>.
