Through group therapy and educational classes, the women’s-only PHP program aims to equip participants with coping skills, improve their self-esteem and sense of assertiveness, and provide a safe place to address past traumatic experiences. Both programs use evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and make referrals to outpatient specialists, as necessary.

Highly recommended as a step-down aftercare service for graduates of inpatient and PHP care and those unable to attend any of the daytime programs, IOP sessions take place Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, for a total of nine hours per week.
