<p><strong>ABOUT CHASE BREXTON HEALTH CARE - SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT</strong></p> <p>Located in Baltimore, Md., Chase Brexton Health Care offers a full range of medical care, as well as substance use treatment that includes an <strong>outpatient program (OP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP)</strong>. Also offering medication-assisted treatment (MAT), the facility is among <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/MD16.pdf" target="_blank">37.6 percent</a> of substance abuse treatment facilities throughout the state to utilize Suboxone.</p> <p><strong>TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT</strong></p> <p>According to the facility's website, Chase Brexton Health Care offers care for substance use at its Glen Burnie and Mt. Vernon Centers. Walk-in service is available at the Mt. Vernon Center Monday through Thursday at 1:00 p.m.</p> <p>The facility provides <strong>screenings, evaluations, crisis interventions, psychoeducational groups, alcohol education programs</strong>, and referrals to more intensive programs. The center has 12-hour Alcohol Education Programs that consist of six two-hour classes.
