Treatment may begin with psychological testing. </p> <p>The treatment team can help individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral issues, trauma recovery, family dynamics, and addictions. The center's therapists helps <strong>clients identify and understand challenges, replace unhealthy coping mechanisms</strong>, and find a great sense of well-being. </p> <p>Along with treatment for adults, the treatment center offers <strong>teen programs including teen groups</strong> to help clients maintain and reinforce the skills needed to be successful in school. <strong>Family, couples, and child therapy is also available</strong>.
