<p><strong>ABOUT NEW HOPE COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTER</strong></p> <p>Founded in 1992, New Hope Community Service Center (NHCSC) is a treatment facility that provides <strong>outpatient counseling and community-based programs</strong> to individuals who are struggling with substance addiction.
