<p><strong>ABOUT HEARTLAND ALLIANCE - OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES</strong></p> <p>The Heartland Alliance is one of the world's <strong>leading anti-poverty organizations</strong>, serving individuals who are homeless, living in poverty, or seeking safety from dangerous living situations. Some form of case management is offered in up to <a href="https://www.samhsa.gov/data/sites/default/files/2016_NSSATS.pdf" target="_blank">82.2% of treatment programs</a>. </p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>Outpatient Mental Health and Addiction Services is run by a team of professionals with extensive experience in behavioral and mental health treatment. Services may be facilitated by a team of psychiatrists, medical doctors, counselors, and case managers.
