<p><strong>ABOUT DEKALB COMMUNITY SERVICE BOARD – ADULT MENTAL HEALTH & ADDICTION SERVICES</strong></p> <p>DeKalb Community Service Board (DeKalb CSB) is a <strong>community-based behavioral health services organization</strong> with more than 10 facilities throughout metropolitan Atlanta.
