<p><strong>ABOUT BREAKTHROUGH RECOVERY OUTREACH</strong></p> <p>Located in Atlanta, Ga., Breakthrough Recovery Outreach (BRO) is a rehab offering a broad range of treatment options to people living in the Atlanta metro area who are suffering from substance misuse and <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring mental health disorders</a>.
