If immediate stabilization services are needed, clients can be admitted to the crisis stabilization department that provides 24/7 care. Recreational therapies such as pet therapy are available as part of each client's individualized treatment program.

Detox is available on site, and clients can have access to medically-assisted treatment if needed. Suboxone is available based on the assessment of physicians. Admission to these services is based on a physician’s assessment that the client is fit for treatment. However, services are limited by the number of people that can be serviced at one time.

Non-traditional therapies are used throughout the treatment process. Clients can participate in physical fitness training, such as yoga, or pet therapy. Equine therapy and group family therapy are also an option.

STAFF CREDENTIALS

Crossroads’ staff includes a licensed clinical social worker, nurses, a licensed mental health counselor, and other master-level clinicians. The David Lawrence Center also employs numerous psychiatrists, physical therapists, and non-traditional therapy leaders. The facility is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families, and licensed by the Agency for Healthcare Administration.

ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES

The Crossroads residential program can accommodate up to 18 clients at a time.
