At the highest level of care, the <strong>intensive outpatient program offers adults and teens three months of support services and weekly counseling</strong> - held both on an individual and group basis - and <strong>education and opportunity to pick up practical life skills</strong>. Family involvement is added to the process with the goals of <strong>improving boundaries and healthy communication skills</strong>. I went several weeks with no contact. I had to follow up myself.
