<p><strong>ABOUT FORT LYON SUPPORTIVE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY</strong></p> <p>Part of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, Fort Lyon Supportive Residential Community provides a <strong>long-term residential program for homeless individuals, with an emphasis on serving veterans</strong>. The residential program is designed to both build a foundation for long-term recovery, as well as equip residents with the tools to <strong>achieve self-sufficiency</strong> upon program completions. </p> <p>Located in Las Animas of southeast Co., the facility does not provide detoxification services on-site. According to the its website, the community facilitates customized educational and vocational training in the fields of computer technology, construction, health services, agricultural sciences, and other vocations.</p> <p><strong>Clients may stay in the Fort Lyon Supportive Residential Community for up to two years</strong>. Before discharge, the community facilitates the client's transition back into the community by assisting residents to obtain long-term housing and full-time employment.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>There is currently no information provided by the facility regarding its treatment staff.
