<p><strong>ABOUT HIGH DESERT CHILD ADOLESCENT AND FAMILY SERVICES - VICTORVILLE, CA</strong> </p> <p>High Desert Child Adolescent and Family Services Center Inc, located in Victorville, Ca., offers a variety of <strong>outpatient treatment and services, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP)</strong> for youths, adults, and pregnant women struggling with substance abuse.
