Additionally, IVRS implements 12-step principles and involves clients in individual counseling.</p> <p>Clients can expect to be in treatment for a minimum of <strong>90 days</strong>. Outpatient services typically last <strong>eight to 12 weeks</strong> with clients participating in group sessions three times weekly and in individual sessions once or twice per month.</p> <p>Aftercare services include weekly meetings that are designed to help clients deal with family, legal, and financial issues. Clients will also be directed toward 12-step meetings including Alcoholics Anonymous (AA); Narcotics Anonymous (NA), and Cocaine Anonymous (CA). Those who have completed treatment at IVRS can join the alumni association.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>According to the facility’s website, IVRS is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of counselors and a licensed marriage and family therapist. Some staff are Spanish-speaking.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>While enrolled in treatment, men and women can bring up to two children (12 and under). Clients have access to a shared computer, though laptops and phones are not allowed. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>Two alumni responding to a Rehabs.com survey to date gave opposing feedback concerning care at IVRS. One alum, Alisa, gave one-star ratings to the majority of 15 evaluated metrics including the center’s treatment effectiveness, meals, and holistic offerings. Alisa wrote that IVRS was “good at tackling addiction in CPS or court ordered cases,” but also indicated that there were “no doctors, therapists or real counselors.”</p> <p>The other alum awarded IVRS with five out of five stars for its treatment effectiveness and accommodations and four-stars for the center’s treatment for co-occurring disorders. “It helped me get back on my feet and it also helped me live my life without drugs,” wrote the anonymous alum.</p> <p><strong>WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY</strong></p> <p>Though Rehabs.com has not yet received any feedback from affiliated friends or family members, two loved ones shared mixed commentary about IVRS on Citehealth. One anonymous individual complained of a lack of communication and insurance coverage. Another commented: “My son recently completed their 90 day program. I for one seen the change in him. He is clean and looking forward to staying that way.” <small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small></p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>Detoxification and residential treatment require a $1,500 non-refundable admission fee. Detoxification costs $400 a day, residential treatment costs $6,000 for 30 days, and standard outpatient treatment fee is $75 per session. Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) is $3,600 for eight weeks of service (or $450 per week if paid up front). Therapy costs between $25 to $45 per session but is based on a sliding scale.</p> <p>IVRS accepts most health insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and others. Financial assistance is based on a sliding scale.
