<p><strong>ABOUT PHOENIX HOUSE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM AND OUTPATIENT SERVICES — SANTA ANA</strong></p> <p>Phoenix House is a nonprofit addiction treatment organization with locations in 11 states across the country. The Orange County facility in Santa Ana, Calif. facility offers <strong>residential and outpatient treatment for adults</strong> struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
