<p><strong>ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEMS - FAMILY RECOVERY CENTER</strong></p> <p>The Mental Health Systems - Family Recovery Center, located in Oceanside, Calif., offers <strong>residential and outpatient treatment to women seeking treatment for substance abuse.</strong> The facility operates as a branch of Mental Health Systems (MHS), one of California’s <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/CA17.pdf" target="_blank">699 private, non-profit treatment organizations</a>. It was founded in 1978 to provide mental health and addiction recovery services. MHS operates more than 85 community-based programs throughout California. Clients work with counselors alone and in groups as a community or families. Family Recovery Center also offers a <strong>licensed daycare program</strong> for infants, toddlers, and preschool aged children of program participants called the Child Development Center.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>MHS-FRC employs a team of trained counselors, family counseling specialists, substance abuse counselors, and childcare specialists. The single alum polled about the facility’s cleanliness gave five stars. </p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>At the time of this writing there have been two alumni polled by Rehabs.com about the Family Recovery Center. Both alumni gave five out of five stars for treatment effectiveness.
