<p><strong>ABOUT THE BRIDGE — GADSDEN CAMPUS</strong></p> <p>The Bridge operates four residential and five outpatient facilities in Alabama serving <strong>adolescent males ages 12 to 19 dealing with substance abuse</strong> and <a href="https://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring conditions</a>. In addition, clients will have access to bi-weekly family therapy, and recreational programming. Clients will also participate in a journaling program designed to use motivational strengths and personal responsibility to create change.</p> <p>On-site medical services are available on an as-needed basis.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>The Bridge employs therapists, treatment aides, and social workers. Three individuals surveyed by Rehabs.com to date gave the level of staff training and experience a one-star rating, a four-star rating, and a five-star rating.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>The Bridge’s three residential programs can accommodate between 24 to 26 individuals at one time on its 72 acres of land. Residents will have access to on-site education provided through the Attalla City School System.</p> <p>Three individuals polled by Rehabs.com to date gave the center perfect five-star ratings for its cleanliness, and four or five stars for its exercise and leisure options. They gave the center one and two star ratings for its holistic offerings.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The sole alum surveyed by Rehabs.com at this time of writing would not recommend treatment at The Bridge and gave one-star ratings for five out of 15 evaluated categories including holistic offerings and treatment for co-occurring conditions. However, the anonymous individual gave the center perfect-five star ratings for six of 15 evaluated categories including the level of family participation.</p> <p>Secondary sites yielded mixed commentary. Both individuals gave five-star ratings for the facility’s cleanliness and family participation and provided four and five star ratings for the center’s exercise and leisure activities, counseling options, and staff experience and training. However, they left opposing feedback for the center’s treatment effectiveness with a one-star rating and five-star rating.</p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF SAY</strong></p> <p>Rehabs.com has not yet received any reviews from The Bridge’s staff; however, reviews left on secondary review sites are mediocre.
