If necessary, clients may also undergo <strong>psychological evaluations</strong> if indicated. Although Horizon Healthcare provides outpatient-based services, the treatment provider also partners with <a href="http://mtrcinc.com/" target="_blank">Matt Talbot Recovery Services</a>, which provides residential treatment for those who require more intensive treatment.</p> <p>Horizon Healthcare provides a range of specialized programs to cater to diverse client needs.
