Two survey respondents both gave this aspect of the facility a rating of three out of five star, while one individual offered a perfect five-star rating.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The two former clients surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing offered <strong>mixed reviews of the facility</strong>. While one alum praised the facility, the other felt the facility lacked compassion during detoxification. “They did not care about your withdrawels,” they wrote. “They could be a lot nicer and have the doctor around more often.” While the alum did offer four-star ratings for the facility’s ability to treat co-occurring disorders and its discharge planning, the former client submitted a one-star rating for the level of family participation and a two-star rating for the facility’s counseling options.</p> <p>The other former client reported a much more positive experience at the facility, offering perfect five-star ratings for the treatment staff’s level of experience and training and a rating of four stars for the effectiveness of group counseling. “It did what it was intended to do,” they wrote.</p> <p><strong>WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY</strong></p> <p>The one loved one polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave MMC three-star ratings for the facility’s counseling options, the level of family participation, and its discharge planning. “Good care,” the loved one wrote.</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>According to the facility’s website, MMC accepts most major insurance plans and <strong>financial assistance is offered to clients who qualify</strong>. The website states that: “financial assistance will be provided to any families who are determined to be unable to pay all or part of billed charges.
