<p><strong>ABOUT TWELVE WAY FOUNDATION</strong></p> <p>Located in Marshall, Texas, Twelve Way Foundation is a drug and alcohol rehab center that provides <strong>residential treatment</strong> to <strong>men</strong> struggling with substance use disorder. Founded in 2004, the Twelve Way Foundation is a <strong>faith-based nonprofit organization</strong>. Once clients finish the short-term program, they may enroll into the long-term program, if necessary.</p> <p>Clients in Twelve Way’s long-term recovery program <strong>live in <a href="https://www.recovery.org/aftercare/sober-living/" target="_blank">sober living</a> homes</strong>. Designed to help men become productive members of society, the long-term program provides help navigating the criminal justice system, <strong>employment assistance</strong>, transportation to work, GED tutoring, and daily recovery meetings. A <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/TX17.pdf" target="_blank">2017 SAMHSA survey</a> indicates that 37.8 percent of rehabs in Texas provide employment counseling or training for clients.</p> <p>Residents of the sober living homes much meet the following requirements: attend daily faith-based meetings , participate in recovery classes, maintain a full-time job, follow house guidelines, and **pass random drug tests.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>There is currently no information on the center’s website regarding its treatment staff; however, the two alumni polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave Twelve Way Foundation a four- and a perfect five-star rating for its staff’s level of training and experience.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>Though information regarding the living arrangements is limited on Twelve Way's website, the <a href="https://twelveway.org/donate" target="_blank">donation page</a> indicates that the facility has twin-sized beds and provides amenities such as meals, various toiletries, and on-site laundry.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The two alumni surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing provided <strong>largely positive reviews</strong>, both indicating that they would recommend Twelve Way Foundation to others. Additional metrics evaluated include the use of the 12-Step in treatment, the extent to which treatment was faith-based, and the quality of treatment for dual diagnosis. Both alumni polled gave each of these metrics five out of five stars.</p> <p>The two alumni also gave three- or four-star ratings to the center's connectivity/visitor policy, <a href="https://www.recovery.org/pro/articles/the-pain-of-addiction-in-the-family-how-counseling-can-help/" target="_blank">family participation</a> in treatment, counseling options, affordability, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the building.</p> <p>Alum R. wrote in a representative review: "Fellowship trainin one on one counciling were great they make sure you are ready financially and spiritually to livea clean and sober life!"</p> <p><strong>Alumni reviews on secondary review websites were similarly positive</strong>.
