The first <a href="https://www.recovery.org/topics/choosing-a-90-day-addiction-recovery-program/" target="_blank">90 days</a> are in a <strong>residential treatment program</strong>, the next 90 in <strong>sober living</strong>, and the last 12 months in an aftercare monitoring program. The three phases are designed to provide a daily life structure to promote long-term recovery.</p> <p>Treatment is heavily based on the <a href="https://www.recovery.org/pro/articles/did-aa-save-my-life/" target="_blank">12-step model</a>. It involves daily meetings with both <strong>individual and group counseling</strong>. This includes <strong>licensed professional counselors</strong> and nurse practitioners. The majority of the staff have experience with substance abuse and are in recovery themselves.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>Separate residential facilities on separate properties are provided for men and women. The women’s facility houses up to 20 residents and the men’s facility houses 36. House managers provide <strong>24/7 supervision</strong>, as well as support from facility staff members.</p> <p>Both facilities are located on retreat-like properties with outdoor group spaces. Houses include <strong>shared bedrooms</strong> and decorated communal living spaces. The recovery center offers a gym and yoga space.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>To date, Rehabs.com has received one review from an alum of BRC Recovery.
