Clients are assigned to the appropriate programs. </p> <p>The facility operates on a <a href="https://www.hazelden.org/web/public/matrixwhat.page" target="_blank">Matrix Model</a> of treatment but also utilizes the <strong>12-Steps principles</strong>. Clients also participate in <strong>weekly group therapy</strong> sessions with a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and can take advantage of <strong>sober coaching services</strong> provided by a partner facility for an additional fee.</p> <p>For adolescents, Stages of Recovery, Inc. provides <strong>Recovery High School</strong>, where clients take classes through the accredited Texas Tech University School District on a schedule oriented with recovery. Adolescents may also attend an IOP program. </p> <p>There is a specialized program for professionals returning to work. The program focuses on educating clients on ways to use sober living skills in the workplace. The facility also employs doctoral-level counselors, recovery coaches, house managers, and licensed therapists.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>Stages of Recovery, Inc. operates The Door, a sober living facility. The apartments are gender-specific, fully furnished, and offer both private and semi-private bedrooms, along with kitchens, cable TV, Internet access, and washer/dryers. House managers live on-site and administer regular and random drug and alcohol screenings.
