<p><strong>ABOUT STAR COUNCIL</strong></p> <p>STAR Council is a <strong>private nonprofit</strong> that operates five outpatient facilities in Texas, in <a href="https://www.rehabs.com/listings/star-council-on-substance-abuse-1345267468/" target="_blank">Stephenville</a>, <a href="https://www.rehabs.com/listings/star-council-4150671152/" target="_blank">Granbury</a>, <a href="https://www.rehabs.com/listings/star-council-on-substance-abs-1739041407/" target="_blank">Decatur</a>, and <a href="https://www.rehabs.com/listings/star-council-on-substance-abuse-1345266690/" target="_blank">Mineral Wells</a>, plus this facility in Cleburne, 50 miles southwest of Dallas. The center can also provide referrals to other services when required. </p> <p>In addition to sustained outpatient treatment, STAR Council offers a <strong>day-long substance abuse education course</strong> for individuals who have identified a problem with their substance use but who do not yet require a full outpatient program.
