<p><strong>ABOUT SPINDLETOP CENTER- SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES</strong></p> <p>The Spindletop Center, formerly known as Spindletop MHMR, is a community mental health center in southeast Texas that provides services for those living in four counties-- Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, and Chambers. Accredited by The Joint Commission, the center offers <strong>residential and outpatient services</strong> for children, adolescents, and adults living with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and chemical dependency.
