Neighborhood Health <strong>offers a discount program for those without insurance.</strong> To qualify for the discount program, clients should bring proof of income or a letter from a church or agency who knows the individual’s financial circumstances to their first visit. </p> <p>There is a charge at the client’s first visit of $25 or the amount of the individual’s copay per their insurance guidelines.
