<p><strong>ABOUT MERCY MULTIPLIED</strong></p> <p>Mercy Multiplied is a nonprofit organization that serves women in Nashville, Tenn. It <strong>focuses on treating behaviors including eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions</strong>, helping with unplanned pregnancy, depression, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking. <strong>A Christian program</strong>, Mercy Multiplied is a residential program for women aged 13 to 28. Mercy <strong>focuses on holistic treatment of mind, body, and spirit</strong>. In addition to individual counseling, residents also participate in group counseling on a weekly basis. Each resident participates in daily worship and Bible reading.</p> <p>Clients receive training in the areas of cooking, cleaning, managing a home environment, and managing a budget. These skills are taught in a class format and in a practical way, as <strong>each resident is responsible for assigned chores while in recovery</strong>. Clients are expected participate in lessons on forgiveness, anger management, setting boundaries, and other principles that are taught in counseling sessions. They must also complete Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace program before graduating from Mercy. </p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>All counselors at Mercy are required to hold a master’s degree or be working toward a Master’s degree from an accredited university in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>A virtual tour shows luxurious campuses with libraries, a chapel, eat-in kitchen, and lounges. The program is encouraging of weekend leisure. On Fridays, residents are allowed to go on outings to a local mall for shopping and lunch. Residents can also attend local sporting events, conferences, appropriate concerts and movies if tickets are donated. Saturdays the residents and they can sleep in, relax, and watch movies.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>To date, no alumni have submitted reviews to Rehabs.com </p> <p>On Facebook, though no official ratings have been submitted, commentary on posts suggests that the facility is viewed positively by the patients and the local community.<small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small> One alum, who was featured by the page, is quoted as saying, “Mercy was an amazing home filled with the most incredible girls. I learned and grew more from that group of girls than in any other situation in life. I got to the root of the control issues in my life and began to assess my relationships. I spent a lot of time with God – a lot. And for the first time, I began to see my value and worth. I was being transformed.”</p> <p><strong>WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY</strong></p> <p>To date a sole reviewer left a lukewarm 2.7 star rating on Rehabs.com. The loved one did not leave any commentary, but they rated counseling options and family participation five stars.
