Literally a life changing experience.”

However, most reviewers cited over-medication, rude staff, and billing errors as weaknesses, such as V.L.: “Every exspirence I've had at the adult campus has been a waste of time. If you don't have insurance don't dig yourself a hole by wasting your time here. I have insurance and have been billed twice for the full amount of my stay.”

WHAT FRIENDS AND FAMILY SAY

The two loved ones polled by Rehabs.com to date submitted moderately favorable to neutral opinions. Both assigned three stars for counseling options, holistic offerings, likelihood to recommend, staff experience and training, and treatment of co-occurring disorders. Regarding family participation, they offered three stars and two stars for this metric. One reviewer cited a successful detox as a strength of the facility, but noted that “depression became an issue after detox with no follow-up care provided."

In addition to these two Rehabs.com reviews, a family member left feedback about the Parkridge Valley Adult Senior Campus on YellowPages.com. [2] This one-star reviewer felt they were not included into the treatment. “If you just want to drop off a loved one, have no say in their care, rarely get to see them and be lied to, then this is the place to bring them.
