<p><strong>ABOUT PATRICK B. HARRIS PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL</strong></p> <p>In operation since 1985, Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital is the <strong>acute inpatient</strong> arm for the South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH).
